The demand is chiefly from Auckland and Napier, and a quantity is still going to Australia. LIVE STOCK SALES AUCTIONEERS’ REPORTS. - Daigety and Co., Ltdl. We held a special sale in our Upper Hutt yards on-Thursday on account ofMr Don Reid. As Mr Reid had sold part of his property, the-stock whidli cuine forward for sale were unreserved. Competition for all lines submitted was good, and as the sheep came forward in first-class order, there was no difficulty in obtaining full market rate*, for all lots subpvitted. A few outside entries were yarded, and these sold at rates in favour of v-mdors. The principal sales were as under; —4-tooth to f.f.m, owes, with lambs at foot 33s 6d, a.m. ewes with lambs at foot 27s 6d, good conditioned woolly hoggets 20s, fat ewes and wethers 33s Id. fat lambs 16s, 18-month springing heifers X - to X 3 11s, store cow.
