"MUNICH BEER”
SEIZED BY ROUMANIAN AUTHORITIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON. July 13. The R.oumania'n authoritließ state that they recently confiscated trains laden with what purported to be barrels of Munich beer, regarding which tiie German authorities had specially telegraphed asking that they should bo liberally supplied with iceblocks. Suspicion was aroused, and the barrels were found to contain ammunition. Enormous cement blocks consigned to Constantinople for building purposes were found to bp hollow, and filled with shell cases for the large German howitzers.
