The general matter of the department takin g over the financing and controlling of the members of the sisterhood, under the status of hospital probationers, was discussed at length, and consideration promised, with due regard to the urgency of the case- The Hon. E. H. Rhodes, Dr Valintine and Mies Bicknell all expressed their great appreciation of the general principles of the sisterhood’s scheme.
