PARIS, July 13. ‘‘ I jq Temps” states that a neutral subject, who was recently in Germany, narrates that Field-Marshal von Hindenburg told the Kaiser that the war had reached a point where Germany could not obtain any further advantage, and advised the Kaiser to find means of stopping the'needless slaughter. The Kaiser 'told von Hindenburg to hold his tongue, and dismissed him. The Kaiser immediately appointed General von Mackensen in his place-
