PAHIATUA, July 13. _ The Borough Council has unanimously resolved “that in view of the world-wide system of espionage instigated by our enemies, anditho terrible losses oiu- soldiers and sailors have suffered thereby, this council requests the Prim© Minister to immediartely dispense with, the services of all unnaturalised Germans >in Government employ or receiving Government moneys.”
