REGISTRATION BILL
LONDON, July 6.
Sir T. P. Whittaker’s motion on the second reading of the Registration Bill, that it be rejected until it had been proved that the present powers were not sufficient to ensure a supply of munitions, was negatived by 253 votes to 30, and the bill was read a second time.
