Mr G. A. Fairbrother advertises details of the properties in this estate, which are to be sold at auction hy him in tho Foresters’ Hail, Greytown, on the 37th inst. Tho farm lands at Greytown, comprising 321 acres of rich dairy or fattening country, will be sold in one lot. The land is close to the Greytown post office, and is one of the pick spots of New Zealand.
