MANITOBAN ELECTIONS
ROBLIN GOVERNMENT RETURNED TO POWER. (Received July 12, 6.5 p.m.V OTTAWA, July 12. At tho' Manitoban elections, tho Roblin Government was returned to power with a reduced majority. The chief issue of the elections was tho abolition of tho bar, tho Liberal Opposition undertaking its abolition, if returned to power. The Liberals largely increased their representation.
