Arthur Forbes-Sempill, who is a ilrother of Lord Sempdl, and commander of the battleship Dominion, the petitioner gave evidence that she had, lived for Two years in furwsned houses in Australia and afterwards at Portsmouth and Malta. In April last she received a letter from respondent stating that ho did not intend living with her again. She also received certain information which confirmed her worst fears. A hotelkeeper deposed that Captain Sempill and a woman had stayed at his place for four days.
