SYDNEY, June 3.
All except five seats have been provided for by the Political Labour League in connection with the Federal elections.
Tho action seems an indication that this body considers an election is imminent.

The general idea among Federal politicians is that if present anticipations are realised, a double dissolution will bo granted, and the general elections take place within three months—probably in August.
PARLIAMENTARY BUILDINGS AT CANBERRA.
MELBOURNE, June 3
The Federal Government proposes to offer a premium of £2OOO for a design c-f new Parliamentary Buildings at Canberra, recommended by tho Adjudicating Committee. Th© building will cost one and a half million pounds.
