SLEEPING SICKNESS
COMMITTEE’S REPORT, By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received May 21, 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 21. The report of the Inter-Depart. mental Committee on sleeping sickness deprecates the general destruction of wild animals and recommends that the natives bo allowed to hunt in prescribed areas. The report strongly urges the extermination of the tsetse, and advises that more money bo devoted to research.
