The Carnegie Inquiry Committee in connection with the Balkan war reports that all the belligerents were guilty of atrocities. They had brutally treated the wounded and violated tho international laws of warfare.
Bulgaria had 153,355 men killed and 104,585 wounded. The war cost Bulgaria £3,150,000 sterling. Servia had 22,000 men killed and 25,000 wounded, while 45,000 were invalided. Tho war cost Servia £l,470.000.
The war cost Greece £1,170,000, and Montenegro £207,000.
