NAVAL COMMANDER SUES EDITOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, May 18. Captain Thomas Webster Kemp, formerly commander of the battleship London, has sued Mr Lionel Yexley, editor of the periodical “The Fleet” for libel. 1 Captain. Kemp’s counsel stated that the paper appealed to the lower deck and solicited from the crow criticisms of their superior officers.
