After being throe times arrested ns an American spy, Mr Hucrfles, representative of the London “ Daily Flxpross,” was expelled- He has arrived at Vera Cruz with other refugees. MEXICANS BLOW UP A BRIDGE. (Received Mav 18, 11.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 18, General Funston reports that tho Mexicans have blown up tho Interoceanic Railway bridge, twenty-eight miles from Vera Cruz, spanning the Antigua river.
