CHRISTCHURCH, May 18, Finger-print evidence, in the Supremo Court proved Albert Gordon Smith, up on charges of burglary, to have been an habitual Australian criminal. He was sentenced to live, years’ imprisonment. When arrested he had a revolver, cartridges, electric flash lamp, and burglars’ gloves in his possession. * 1
