OREYMOUTH, March 16. ; 'The Supremo Court opened this morning before Mr Justice Denhiston, who said that there were no serious charges to answer. The jury returned no 'bill in the case of Francis Mikozj charged with an unnatural offence. Vida Upton pleaded guilty to two charges of forgery of Post Office Savings Bank slips for £lO and £ls. Counsel for the defence applied for probation, and His Honour reserved sentence in order that further inquiry might be made. William Cowan McNeill, charged with stealing a quantity of liquor from the Otira Motel, wag found not guilty.
