The Premier, Mr Borden, has introduced a Redistribution of Seats Bill, increasing the western representation in the House of Commons. The increase is owing to the largely-increas-ed-population.. The eastern- maritime provinces lose slightly.- “' ' ' , The hill is not likely to alter the party complexion in the House,, because while Manitoba and British Columbia arc largely Conservative. Alberta and Saskatchewan benefit the Liberals.
