AUSTRALIAN FEDERATION i FORMED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received February 12, 0.45 a.m.) MELBOURNE, February -11. A representative gathering of sportsmen approved of Jibe formation of an Olympic Federation with a constitution as adopted at the recent conference. Messrs W. Daish, B. P'arkinson, and G. Shaud were appointed the Victorian representatives on tho governing council for tho first four years. It was also decided to ask the council to invite Mr O. M. Williams to act as one of the five delegates representing Australia at the International Olympic Congress to be held in Paris in June next.
