NO INCREASE IN 1913. By Telegraph—Press' Association —CopyrlgUl SYDNEY, February 9. The Federal Statistician reports that the cost of living did not increase during 1913. There was a general upward tendency during 1912, but during last year this ceased. The prices of groceries were found to bo nearly 3 per cent, lower, but rents had advanced another 5 per cent., the average cost of living, therefore, being about the same for two years.
