CHARGE DISMISSED
Press Association. GISBORNE, February 9. A young woman was charged at the Police Court with manslaughter in failing to provide proper attention for her child during birth. Mr Barton, S.M., held that the evidence was not sufficient to warrant sending the accused for trial, -.mw-nscharged her.
