The Australian innings finished very suddenly this morning, the last two wickers falling in nine minutes after the recommencement of play, and the visitors being all out for 658 runs. Auckland commenced their second innings at noon, and were all out soon after -I o clock tor a total of 186 runs, being thus beaten by an innings and 221 runs.
