A PAINTER ARRESTED

Leonardo da Vinci’s picture, the “Mona Lisa,” has been handed over to tho French Embassy after being inspected by the King. A painter named Vanccllatti has been arrested in Paris. He is accused of being an accomplice of Perugia’s in the theft of tho “Mona Lisa.”
