SEAMEN FAIL TO APPEAR. The Waliinc, wliich sailed for Lyttelton last evening, was in consequence t'f the seamen’s decision, to have bad a now crew before 8 o’clock, but the men failed to put in an appearance, and a- .scratch crew had to tako the vessel south. However, it is hoped to adjust matters to-day. It is stated that tlxo Patea Shipping Co. will send men to Patea by train to-day to join the Kapuni at that port.
