The Leeds Corporation’s special jltriko committee, on which Labour is hot represented, has notified that itrikers not returning! to work to-night will bo dismissed. As a result of this ultimatum the tmmwaymon resumed, conditional that no victimisation should take place. Tho posting of pickets at the municipal cemeteries, in attempts to prevent Volunteers from preparing graves, deeply offended the public. Many ladies volunteered to prepare food for the men maintaining the public services. Tho strikers are indignant at the defection of tho tramwaymen, particularly as 300 working corporation contractors have been called out.
