.MR JOSHUA WILLIAMS AT DUNEDIN. Press Association. DUNEDIN, December 19. Ilia Honour Sir Joshua Williams held his last silting in Dunedin this morning, when he was farowelied by tho Otago Bar and local Magistrates, the court officers being also present, as well as members of the police iorce and representatives of philanthropic societies. Mr Hosking, K.C., president of tho Law Society, was spokesman. His Honour said he felt in leaving those whose respect and affection lie had gained he was leaving friends. In no part of tho Empire, thanks to reformed rules of practice, was justice more speedily and effectually administered than in Now Zealand. The Bar entertained Sir Joshua 'Williams at dinner to-night.
