NEW AGREEMENT ANTICIPATED. Press Association AUCKLAND, December 18. A private conference between the "aupiri Coal Company and the Huntly Coal Mine Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers—the now arbitration union—was commenced in Auckland fo-day. Delegates from both parties were present and tho meeting was presided over by the Conciliation. Commissioner. Tho conference was adjourned until to-morrow. Good progress has been made, and it is stated, that a new industrial agreement will probably result.
