WILL PROBABLY BE ELECTRIFIED. By Telegraph—Preas Association—Copyright VANCOUVER, October 21. Sir Thomas Shaughnessy, president of the Canadian Pacific Railroad Company, announces that if experiments now being carried out in the Rocky Mountains of operating trains solely by electricity are successful, tho entire trans-Continental railway will bo electrified. Engineers declare that the scheme is not impracticable in view of Canada’s extensive water powers.
