WANGANUI BOARD AND ITS TEACHERS. Press Association. WANGANUI, October 22. In response to a circular letter conveying the teachers’ protest against the extra duties imposed by the Government in regard to medical inspection of school children, the Wanganui Board of Education to-night resolved that head teachers be informed that the board is not responsible for any instructions given in regard to medical inspection of children, and that they are not expected to carry out such work if it interferes with their school duties.
