The Brooklyn United dub wrote asking to have their match against Thistle tiexi; Saturday transferred from Wakefield Park to the Basin Reserve. —Refused.

An appeal board consisting of Messrs F. J. Courtenay, A. J. Abbott, and W. Moncton was set up to investigate tho appeal made by tho members of the Corinthians Club. The headmaster of the Porirna School wrote stating that the matches to be played between the Porirua School and Blenheim Schools would be played at Blenheim on August 30th and September Ist. A request for a- donation to assist in defraying tho expenses was declined. It was decided to writ© to tho New Zealand Referees’ Association asking that future appointments for Brown Shield matches be made in time for tho consideration of the associations eonoerned. ‘ AMENDED FIXTURES FOR SATURDAY.
