INCREASE OF CAPITAL. By TVsleuraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received July 16, 9.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 16. A special meeting of the shareholders of the Colonial Sugar Refining Company decided to increase the capital from £3,000,000 to £4,000,000, hy issuing 50,000 new £2O shares. ■ Before the resolution can be acted upon, another special meeting is required to confirm the decision.
