MEMORIAL TO PREMIER GOVERNMENT ASKED FOB A PLAIN STATEMENT. By Tilerraph—Press Association—CopyrlfltM (Received February 28, 9.55 p.m.) LONDON, February 28. The National Defence Association has addressed a memorial to Mr Asquith urging the Government to take the nation into its confidence and to furnish a plain statement of the defence problem.
