TURKISH GOVERNMENT SALE. LONDON, February 21. A message from Constantinople says that the Government has sold a block of buildings in Galata. including the Bourse, and the barracks, to a French financial group for £T500,000, retaining the option of annulling the agreement within a year if a better offer should be made.
