The condition of tho Czarevitch, who was injured in the groin through jumping from a cupboard on to which he had climbed, shows a slight improvement. . The Czar is too grief-stneken to transact business. HEART-BROKEN EMPRESS. (Received October 25, 10.10 p.m.) PARIS. October 25. . Telegrams published hero state that the Empress of Russia asked tho doctors to state frankly what was the matter with tho Czarevitch, and they replied that hia left kidney waa seriously injured. Tho Empress then wont upstairs and opened a window to throw herself out, but luckily a doctor followed, and prevented her from carrying out her intention.
