WORKMEN KILLED BY COLLAPSE OF STAGING. BERLIN, August 2. An iron scaffolding in an engine-, room in the power station at Nuremberg collapsed. Ten bodies were extricated, and thirty-five were injured. Five workmen are missing. Troops are clearing the debris. PINNED UNDER DEBRIS. (Received August 4, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, August 3. It is now ascertained that 110 men were buried in the ruins at the Nuremberg powerhouse. Forty remained pinned under immense girders, and moaning pitifully, till rescued. This period of excruciating pain for many of them was extended owing to the pioneer corps, which hurried to the scene from the barracks, having no crane strong enough to raise the debris immediately. The death roll is eleven, and four men are still missing.
