APPEAL DISMISSED
DUNEDIN CASE BEFORE PKIVY COUNCIL. LONDON, July 22.
Tbs Judicial Committee of the Privy Council dismissed the New Zealand appeal case, Samson v. Aitchison, with rests.
Louisa May Aitchison, a school teacher, was awarded £750 damages ns compensation for injuries incurred by her in a collision with John Martin Samson’s motorcar in a Dunedin street. Samson alleged that tho driver of the car, Albert Allison Collins, was responsible. H© took the case to tho Court of Appeal, hut without success. and then carried it to the Privy Council.
