Tbs Judicial Committee of the Privy Council dismissed the New Zealand appeal case, Samson v. Aitchison, with rests.

Louisa May Aitchison, a school teacher, was awarded £750 damages ns compensation for injuries incurred by her in a collision with John Martin Samson’s motorcar in a Dunedin street.
