BRITISH WARSHIPS
THE SUGGESTED VISIT TO AUSTRALIA MELBOURNE, July 23. The Melbourne City Council heartily supports the Sydney Council’s proposal to invite a * squadron of warships to Australia.
Federal Ministers agree that Great Britain should not be asked to send any warships from the North Sea. The Premier thinks the ships will be doing very well cruising in their own waters.
