THE CONINGHAM CASE
PARTICULARS WANTED. Mention was made before Mr Justice Sim in chambers yesterday of the Coningham divorce case. Alice Coningham applied to obtain particulars of the acts of adultery alleged against her by Arthur Coningham. She also made application for security for her costs. Mr P. W. Jackson appeared for ap. plicant (respondent in the case), but Coningham was not represented.
His Honor made an order directing the' amendment of the petition by stating particulars. Conmgham was also ordered to give security for £4O costs before the case is brought on, proceedings to be stayed pending the finding or the security.
