WOAIEN VOTERS IN LOS ANGELES

At Los Angeles, California, great interest was taken in tho mayoralty ©lection, women voting for tho first time. Mr Alexander Good, tho Government candidate, secured a majority of fifty thousand over Mr Harriman, Socialist. Mr Harrimau was one of ihe attorneys representing the brothers McNamara, sentenced for bomb outrages. A prohibition ordinance was defeated by a majority of two to one.
