NEW (MINISTRY SWORN 'IN. By Telegraph —Press Association —Copyright. OTTAWA, October 11. The last official act performed by Earl Grey, tbe retiring Governor-Gene-ral of Canada, was to swear in the members of the new Borden Cabinet. Immediately after the administration of the oath his Excellency left by special train to embark at Montreal on his return to England.
Tho new Ministry goes to Quebec to be present at the arrival of tho Duke of Connaught, tho new GovernorGeneral, who reaches Canada on Friday.
