An api>lication was made by John William iNomau to have a maintenance order of 10s per week in respect to the support of his daughters, Ada and Annie Nornan, varied. The applicant stated that his circumstances had altered since February sth, 19(16, when the order was made, and ha was not noiv in a position to pay the amount. , . After hearing evidence his Worship varied the order in respect to Annie Isoman, who is to receive 6s per weekDRUNKENNESS. Henry Evans, on a charge of drunkenness, was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours' detention. . ~ , . dames Wallace was convicted and discharged for insobriety, and for a breach of his order was fined 20s, in default forty-eight hours'. , , , . Three first oflendors were treated in a lenient manner.
