CRICKET.
The cricket season was opened on Saturday last at Upper Ilutt with a match which the married men won from the single by 29 runs. The* weather was beautiful and there was a largo attendance of ladies and supporters. The Upper Ilutt team will bo very pleased to play any firm or club team on Saturday afternoons or holidays.- Trains leave Lambtou at 1,10 and 1.20 p.m. on Saturdays,
