Giving evidence/before the Food Commission, Mr Frank Famell, exchairman of the Fisheries Board, advocated the establishment of an institute for fishery experiments and of experimental oyster farms. He said that the prices now charged for fish were a distinct imposition. Fish should cost considerably less than fonrpenco a pound.
