AN HOTEL FIRE
DAMAGE, £125,000.

The Royal Kurhaus Hotel, at Pyrmont, in the Duchy of Waldeck, has been burnt.
The damage’ amounts to £125,000 sterling. Hundreds of scantily-clad visitors narrowly escaped in the middle of the night. The fire was due to the spontaneous combustion of some fireworks stored in a mud-bath.
