ALBANIAN REVOLT
AN AMNESTY FOE THE SIAI/ISSOEI.

CONSTANTINOPLE, August 3.
The Porte has agreed to grant an amnesty to the Jlalissori participating in the revolt. The terms include the remission of taxes for two years, the establishment of schools wherein the Albanian language will be taught, the payment of compensation for damaged houses, and grants of money and food to assist the people through the winter.
