The Wellington Shakespearian Glut had an open meeting at the Arts Chib last evening. Mr H. E. Nicholls welcomed tho visitors in a short speedh.. The following items were contributed: “Gloucester's Soliloquy,” by Mr K. Bhon ney; duet, “Overture to A Midsummer's Night Dream” (Mendelssohn), Misses C. Simpson and Clare; seoene from “Much Ado About Nothing.” Miss HardingeMaltby and Mr Gorham; song. “Blow, Blow', thou Winter AVinds/’ Mr Leo Buckeridge; Alark Antony's oration on the death of Julius Caesar, Mr Nicholls*, humourous item, Mr C. W. Connor; “Queen Catherine's Defence,” Mrs Sutcliffe; “Quarrel eceno between Julius Caesar and Brutus/' Messrs AY. It. Bock and H. B. Nicholle; “O, Mistress Mine,” Mr J. F. Carr; epilogue from “As yon Like It,” Mrs Stucliffo. Supper was served, under tho management of Mxe Baldwin, Miss Holmes and Mira Van Staverea. *
