PRICE ON THE EX-SHAH’S HEAD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received July 31, 9.50 p.m.) ' TEHERAN, July 31. The Mejliss (National Assembly) has offered a reward of £20,000 for the capture of the ex-Shah, dead or alive. Smaller sums have been placed on the heads of the ex-Shah’s brothers, Salar ed Dowleh and Shuar ed Sultaneh. BRITISH OFFICER TO REORGANISE ARMY. STRONG OBJECTIONS BY RUSSIA. The appointment of Major Stokes, of tho Indian Army, to reorganise the troops, has occasioned surprise. Tho Russian Minister has made urgent representations against tho appointment, and states that if it is persisted in Russia will' take other measures.
