LECTURE ON MARK TWAIN
At the' weekly meeting of the Wesleyan Literary and Debating Society, held Last night, a lecture on Mark Twain and his works was delivered by Mr J. W, Collins. Selections from the works of the great humorist were also read by Miss M. Dis, Mr J. W. Collins, and Mr W. E. Fuller. There was a good attendance, and tho lecture and the readings were much enjoyed. Mr W. E Fuller, vice-president, occupied the chair- Tb© programme for another meeting to be held nest Thursday will be a debate on the subject: "Are Trader Unions Beneficial to the Community?” *
