WAIRARAPA HONEY.

ON THE ENGLISH MARKET,

Messrs Halgety and Co., of Wellington, have received tho following advice from their London agent concerning sixteen eases of honey which were shipped Homo on behalf of a Featherston apianst, and reached London about the 12th May last. The report says.—" The cases arrived in good order. The prices realised were: Six cases. SSs per hundredweight; ten cases 37s 6d per hundredweight. The colour was considered a trifle pale, and honey possessed a rather grainy tendency, but was of fino flavour. There is a good demand at present for all good and fine honey, as the supplies of all flue qualities are short, and, owing to the boo disease. Homo production is likely to be materially reduced.”
