New South Wales autumn and winter lambings compare favourably with those of last year, though 200,000 fewer owes were mated, and 155,000 fewer lambs droppedl Probably the markings will show an increase of over half a million. In the autumn 7,961,000 lambs wore dropped, representing 80 per cent, of owes, and it is probable that tho markings will reach 6,977,000, or 70 per cent. In the winter 2,135,000 lambs wore dropped, and it is probable that the markings will reach 1,853,000, representing 67 per cant, of tho ewes.
