SHOOTING A NATIVE

The Hon. Galbraith Lowry Cole, eon of the Earl of Enniskillen, hais been acquitted on a charge of shooting and killing a native named Sionga, suspected of sheep-stealing, at Nakura, in British East Africa. The Right Hon. Lewis Harcourt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said an official report of the trial would be published.
